Cuyahoga Heights High School seniors gained valuable money management skills on October 14 during a presentation by Michael Spangler, Director and Wealth Advisor with Sequoia Financial Group.
From budgeting and credit scores to saving, investing, compound interest and student loans, students learned how smart financial decisions today can shape their futures.
“Every student in this room has the potential to retire a millionaire if they start early,” Spangler told students.
Thank you to Spangler for sharing his expertise and to Julie Regula, career specialist with Cuyahoga Valley Career Center, for coordinating this opportunity to help seniors prepare for life after graduation!

Two hours until Commencement begins! We wish our seniors all the best!
The Class of 2026 took one final walk through the halls that helped shape their journey. ❤️🖤
On Thursday, May 21, our seniors proudly walked through every hallway of Cuyahoga Heights Elementary School and Cuyahoga Heights Middle/High School in their caps and gowns as students and staff cheered them on along the way.
From high fives with our youngest Red Wolves to proud parents watching from the parking lot, the tradition was filled with smiles, memories, and excitement for what comes next. The walk concluded with a special class photo on the front steps as the Class of 2026 prepares to turn the page to their next chapter.

Today, we celebrate the incredible leaders who help shape the heart of our schools — our principals.
On National Principals Day, we recognize the dedication, compassion, and vision they bring to their buildings each and every day. From supporting students and staff to creating a positive, welcoming environment for learning, their impact reaches far beyond the school walls.
Thank you to our principals for your leadership, your care, and your commitment to helping every student succeed. We are grateful for all that you do!
